AI automation build + managed retainer for AU SMEs

B2B done-for-you services · Hybrid

Done-for-you AI workflows (quote follow-up, inbox triage, document intake, reporting), built and watched by the fleet.

Base / yr0
Expected value0
First $2-4 weeks
Bear A$10k · 40%
Base A$66k · 40%
Bull A$180k · 20%

Why #1: Strong on Founder fit (9), Demand evidence (8) and Willingness to pay (8); weak on Defensibility (4) and CAC & payback (5). EV A$66.4k/yr; most likely single outcome is the bear case (40%).

Biggest risk: Crowded and trust-driven. Discovery calls and scoping take Fonty's time, and a broken automation lands on him directly. It also depends on LLM API prices and terms.

AI automation build + managed retainer for AU SMEs (trimmed down for Streetfront)

Local business & web · Recurring (add-on)

Streetfront "Automation Pack": one pack per industry (Tradie Automation Pack, Clinic Automation Pack, etc.), ticked once. Four groups (Win More Jobs, Smooth Jobs, Reviews & Repeat Work, Weekly Summary); every sub-block is on by default and anything the client switches off is not deployed. Email-only, no phone calls, hands-off. Runs on rented cloud services (Cloudflare Workers/Pages Functions, Resend email, an SMS provider): nothing installed on the client's side, no servers of our own. Every pack includes automatic checks every few minutes, instant alerts and self-healing retries, paid for by Streetfront. Built by Grok Build.

Why #1T: Strong on CAC & payback (9), Recurring revenue (9) and Founder fit (9); weak on Willingness to pay (5) and Defensibility (5). EV A$10.8k/yr; most likely single outcome is the bear case (50%). Not ranked: trimmed version of #1 (score 6.73); on score alone it would sit at about #24, and its base fails the A$40k standalone gate because it is a Streetfront add-on.

vs original #1: score 6.73 → 6.02, EV A$66.4k → A$10.8k, Fonty 15 → 1.5 h/wk. Full comparison

Biggest risk: Data access and a capped market. Quote chasers, job reminders and review requests need to know when a quote went out or a job finished; without ServiceM8/Tradify/Fergus integrations or the client forwarding something, only the enquiry reply, missed-call text and weekly summary are truly hands-off. Smooth Jobs duplicates job software many tradies already use, and Reviews & Repeat Work overlaps the live A$15/mo Review requests add-on (included in Business Plus). Revenue can never exceed Streetfront's own client count, which is zero today. Spam Act consent, Google's review-gating policy and AHPRA testimonial rules (clinics) apply.

AML/CTF Tranche 2 program + upkeep subscription

Compliance & regulated docs · Hybrid

Fixed-price AML/CTF program for small real-estate, accounting and legal firms, kept current every month by bots.

Bear A$6k · 45%
Base A$55k · 40%

Why #2: Strong on Demand evidence (9), Platform dependency (9) and Gross margin (8); weak on Defensibility (4) and Regulatory / legal risk (4). EV A$51.7k/yr; most likely single outcome is the bear case (45%).

Biggest risk: Late and crowded: obligations started 1 July 2026, many firms have already bought, and at least 6 priced competitors exist. A wrong program exposes clients to AUSTRAC penalties, so liability and PI insurance matter.

Biggest risk: Low price ceiling and lots of competitors. Hacked plugins create emergency work. Very close to Streetfront's market (synergy, but also cannibalisation).

Biggest risk: High churn when leads dip. Google keeps automating campaign management (Performance Max), which squeezes the value of a manager. Single-platform risk.

Why #4T: Strong on CAC & payback (9), Gross margin (9) and Bot automation (8); weak on Willingness to pay (3) and Recurring revenue (3). EV A$5k/yr; most likely single outcome is the bear case (50%). Not ranked: trimmed version of #4 (score 6.58); on score alone it would sit below all 31 survivors, and its base fails the A$40k standalone gate because it is a Streetfront add-on.

vs original #4: score 6.58 → 5.10, EV A$52.5k → A$5k, Fonty 6 → 1 h/wk. Full comparison

Biggest risk: Set-and-forget ads. With no ongoing management, campaigns drift and can waste the client's ad spend, and the client may blame Streetfront and cancel the website subscription. Two ad platforms' policies and account suspensions apply, and the client must grant ad-account access by email, which is a drop-off point. Ad copy must avoid misleading claims under the Australian Consumer Law. The price for Meta is not confirmed.

Why #7F: Strong on Recurring revenue (10), Demand evidence (8) and Founder fit (8); weak on CAC & payback (5) and Defensibility (5). EV A$67.7k/yr; most likely single outcome is the bear case (50%). Not ranked: full-solution composite of #7 (score 6.55); on score alone it would sit at about #1, and it is not ranked because it overlaps entries already scored (Streetfront, #1T, #4T and part of #3).

vs original #7: score 6.55 → 6.84, EV A$41.6k → A$67.7k, Fonty 6 → 14 h/wk. Full comparison

Biggest risk: Focus and the shared client pool. Every add-on's revenue depends on Streetfront winning clients (zero today, and CAC is Streetfront's weakest score), so the parts fail together. Seven products for one founder means more build, support and compliance surface (Spam Act, AHPRA, ACL ad claims, call recording and health-records law for the Phone Assistant). Fonty's time rises to about 14 h/wk (assumption).

Streetfront variants vs originals

Added 18 Oct 2026. Two originals (#1 and #4) are being delivered in trimmed form as add-ons for existing Streetfront customers (#1T, #4T), and #7F scores Streetfront together with all its planned, unbuilt add-ons. All are scored with the same 12 metrics and EV method and shown next to the originals for comparison. They are not ranked and not gated, and the originals are unchanged.

vs #1: EV about A$10.8k vs A$66.4k and base A$11k vs A$66k, so roughly a sixth of the ceiling. It fails the A$40k standalone gate because the market is only Streetfront's own clients (12 packs at base) and the price is about A$139/mo instead of A$1,500 setup + A$299/mo per workflow. In return: acquisition cost is close to zero (an upsell inside an email relationship that already exists, scored 9 vs 5), Fonty's time drops from about 15 to 1.5 h/wk (assumption), there are no discovery calls or custom scoping, and churn should be lower because the pack is bundled into the website subscription (not measured). Each attached pack adds about A$84/mo net, roughly +65% on Streetfront's about A$127/mo net per client (assumption). The existing customer base is the advantage, but it is also the ceiling: if Streetfront stalls, this earns nothing.

Every new number is an assumption. Not ranked or gated: it only exists inside Streetfront. Full entry · Original

vs #4: EV about A$5.0k vs A$52.5k and base A$6k vs A$57k. A one-time A$750 (assumption) equals about 1.7 months of the original's A$449/mo fee, earned once, so the recurring line goes from 8 to 3 and the ceiling falls by about 90%. In return: no monthly tuning or reports, no 'leads dipped, I'm cancelling' churn (there is no retainer to cancel), Fonty's time drops from about 6 to 1 h/wk (assumption), and acquisition cost is close to zero inside Streetfront (9 vs 5). Adding Meta spreads platform risk a little but adds a second policy surface. The existing customer base makes it easy to sell; the small market and the one-off price keep it small. Its main value may be making Streetfront stickier, which is not modelled here.

vs Streetfront #7: base A$68k vs A$43k and EV about A$67.7k vs A$41.6k, because the add-ons lift revenue per client on the same 8 / 30 / 90 clients. The cost is focus: about 14 vs 6 h/wk of Fonty's time, six more products to build and support, more regulatory surface (score 6 vs 8) and less automation (6 vs 7). vs #1 (EV A$66.4k): similar EV with a higher score, but most of its upside sits in the bull case and on Streetfront's unproven client count; the most likely single outcome (50%) is the bear case, about A$10k. vs the trimmed entries: #1T and #4T are inside this total; on their own they add A$11k and A$6k at base. The existing-customer advantage applies to every add-on, but so does the ceiling: no Streetfront clients means no add-on revenue.

Every new number is an assumption. Not ranked: it overlaps Streetfront, #1T, #4T and part of #3. Full entry · Original

6.73 1. AI automation build + managed retainer for AU SMEs EV A$66.4k

Done-for-you AI workflows (quote follow-up, inbox triage, document intake, reporting), built and watched by the fleet.

Customer
AU businesses with 5-50 staff: trades, professional services, clinics (non-clinical work).
Price
Hybrid; A$1,500 setup + A$299/mo managed (per workflow)
Assumptions
Assumption: base 15 retainers (A$53.8k) + 20 setups (A$30k) = A$83.8k; minus API A$6k, tools A$4k, ads A$8k.
Competitors
On Autopilot, SquareAI, AI Cartel, Loudachris AI, many freelancers
Biggest risk
Crowded and trust-driven. Discovery calls and scoping take Fonty's time, and a broken automation lands on him directly. It also depends on LLM API prices and terms.

6.02 1T. AI automation build + managed retainer for AU SMEs (trimmed down for Streetfront) trimmed for streetfront · not ranked EV A$10.8k

Customer
Existing Streetfront customers only: Australian local businesses already on a Streetfront website subscription (tradies, clinics' front desk, salons, accountants).
Price
Recurring (add-on); Discussion only, not locked: Win More Jobs about A$79, Smooth Jobs A$29, Reviews & Repeat Work A$49, Weekly Summary A$19 per month; bundle about A$139-145/mo
Assumptions
Assumption: market = Streetfront's own clients (bear 8 / base 30 / bull 90 at month 24, reused from the Streetfront entry). Attach rate bear 25% / base 40% / bull 50% = 2 / 12 / 45 packs. Blended revenue about A$115/mo per pack (most keep the default all-on bundle at about A$139-145, some switch groups off). Direct cost about A$31/mo per pack: usage (SMS, email, LLM) about A$25 (18 Oct pricing note estimate), monitoring checks/alerts/retries about A$4 (assumption, absorbed by Streetfront), Stripe about A$2.50. Net about A$1,000/yr per pack; fixed tools about A$1-2k/yr (SMS number/sender, Resend, Workers paid plan). Bear 2 x A$1k - A$1k = A$1k; base 12 x A$1k - A$1k = A$11k; bull 45 x A$1k - A$2k = A$43k.
Competitors
NiceJob, Podium, PingMate, TextBack, Buzzlink; built-in reminders in ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus; the original #1's AU automation agencies
Biggest risk
Data access and a capped market.
First dollar
2-6 weeks after the first Streetfront client signs (Streetfront launches Mon 19 Oct 2026 with no clients yet; Grok Build builds the pack) · Fonty 1.5 h/wk (assumption) · evidence confidence Low
Notes
Trimmed form of #1 (Fonty, 18 Oct 2026 7:44 am AEDT). Not ranked and not gated: it is a Streetfront add-on, so read it as a lift to Streetfront's revenue per client, not as a separate business. Product name 'Automation Pack' (Fonty, 18 Oct 7:43 am AEDT); prices still discussion only.
vs original #1
vs #1: EV about A$10.8k vs A$66.4k and base A$11k vs A$66k, so roughly a sixth of the ceiling.

Fixed-price AML/CTF program for small real-estate, accounting and legal firms, kept current every month by bots.

Customer
Tranche 2 entities with 1-15 staff: real-estate agencies, accountants, conveyancers, small law firms.
Price
Hybrid; A$990 setup + A$79/mo upkeep (risk-assessment refresh, training log, AUSTRAC change alerts)
Assumptions
Assumption: base 40 setups/yr (A$39.6k) + 45 upkeep subscribers (A$42.7k) = A$82k revenue; minus lawyer review of master templates A$8k, PI insurance A$3k, ads A$8k, tools/fees A$4k.
Competitors
AMLCompliant, eAML (A$30/mo), AMLTranche, AMLHive (A$149/mo), AML Assured, Assemble Compliance, law firms
Biggest risk
Late and crowded: obligations started 1 July 2026, many firms have already bought, and at least 6 priced competitors exist. A wrong program exposes clients to AUSTRAC penalties, so liability and PI insurance matter.

5.10 4T. Productised Google Ads management for local services (trimmed down for Streetfront) trimmed for streetfront · not ranked EV A$5k

Fully automated one-time ads setup for Streetfront customers: Google text search ads plus Facebook and Instagram ads, built from 10 adaptable trade templates. No ongoing management, no phone calls; handled by email. Built after the Mon 19 Oct 2026 launch.

Customer
Existing Streetfront customers only (mainly tradies and local services) who want ads running but not a monthly retainer.
Price
One-off (add-on); ASSUMPTION: A$750 one-time for Google + Facebook + Instagram together. Real price TBD: A$450 was priced for Google only; ROADMAP.md (17 Oct) also lists a separate A$450 Meta setup with a multi-buy discount Fonty has not set, and the 18 Oct note says the Meta price is still to be confirmed. A$750 assumes a bundle discount on A$900. Ad spend is paid by the client to Google/Meta.
Assumptions
Assumption: price A$750 one-time (TBD). Setups per year at the month-24 run rate: bear 2 / base 9 / bull 25 (about 35-45% of new Streetfront clients plus a few existing ones; Streetfront client counts reused from the Streetfront entry). Net about A$690 per setup after Stripe about A$14, LLM/creative about A$10 and a 5% refund/redo allowance about A$38. Fixed tools about A$0.5-0.8k/yr. Bear 2 x A$690 - A$0.5k = A$1k; base 9 x A$690 - A$0.5k = A$6k; bull 25 x A$690 - A$0.8k = A$16k.
Competitors
AU setup-only offers (A$490-A$999+GST per the ROADMAP market check), Google's own self-serve campaigns (Smart/Performance Max), Meta's self-serve Advantage+ campaigns, the original #4's agencies
Biggest risk
Set-and-forget ads.
First dollar
4-8 weeks (build after the 19 Oct launch, then the first Streetfront client who wants ads; assumption) · Fonty 1 h/wk (assumption) · evidence confidence Low
Notes
Trimmed form of #4 (Fonty, 17 Oct 8:42 pm; expanded to Google + Facebook + Instagram 18 Oct 7:45 am AEDT). Not ranked and not gated: it is a Streetfront add-on. Price and Meta template count still to be confirmed.
vs original #4
vs #4: EV about A$5.0k vs A$52.5k and base A$6k vs A$57k.

6.84 7F. Streetfront (full solution) streetfront full solution · not ranked EV A$67.7k

Streetfront (the email-only website subscription for Australian local businesses, launching Mon 19 Oct 2026) treated as one solution together with all its planned add-ons that are not built yet: Bookings, Automation Pack, one-time Ad Setup (Google, Facebook, Instagram), Site Care, AI Phone Assistant and Email safety check.

Customer
Australian sole traders and small local businesses (tradies, salons, cafes, clinics' front desk), plus businesses that keep their own WordPress site (Site Care).
Price
Recurring + one-off add-ons; Plans A$79 / A$159 / A$249 a month plus the 6 planned add-ons below (prices as listed; undecided ones are assumptions)
Assumptions
Assumption: Streetfront core reused unchanged (bear A$10k / base A$43k / bull A$133k: 8 / 30 / 90 clients at about A$150/mo). Planned add-ons add A$2k / A$29.5k / A$135k (per add-on below; #1T and #4T reused). Less extra support and integration overhead from running 7 products (assumption): A$2k / A$4k / A$10k. Site Care is counted only as a small cross-sell (6 clients at base); its full standalone case is #3 and is not double counted. Bull assumes high attach on every add-on at once, which is optimistic because they share the same client pool.
Competitors
Website rivals (TradeKick, Congero, SiteNest, ONYA, TradieWebsiteHQ, Wix/Squarespace), plus each add-on's rivals (NiceJob, Podium, ServiceM8/Tradify/Fergus, ad agencies, WordPress care agencies, AI receptionists)
Biggest risk
Focus and the shared client pool.
First dollar
2-8 weeks for the core (launches 19 Oct); add-ons follow over months (Ad Setups and Site Care after 23 Oct; Phone Assistant gated) · Fonty 14 h/wk (assumption) · evidence confidence Low
Notes
Composite, added 18 Oct 2026 7:52 am AEDT at Fonty's request. Not ranked: it overlaps the Streetfront original, #1T, #4T and part of #3. Streetfront original (#7) is unchanged.
vs original #7
vs Streetfront #7: base A$68k vs A$43k and EV about A$67.7k vs A$41.6k, because the add-ons lift revenue per client on the same 8 / 30 / 90 clients.

Competitors
MSPs (Edos, AlienIT, Cliffside, Black Shard), Huntress-style tools
Biggest risk
Liability: if a client is breached after a 'baseline', blame follows. Must be positioned as self-assessment support. Buyers often prefer their MSP.

NQF-mapped policies, procedures and audit checklists for childcare and OSHC services, kept current by bots.

Customer
Independent long-day-care, family day care and OSHC services.
Price
Recurring; A$390 per service per year (undercuts A$495-A$770 incumbents)
Assumptions

5.91 26. GTM research & enrichment (Clay-style) service EV A$47.7k

Bots build enriched, scored prospect lists and CRM routing for B2B SaaS and agencies. The client does any outreach, inside its own laws.

Customer
B2B SaaS and agencies (mostly US/UK/AU).
Price
Recurring; A$2,500/mo (vs US$5,000+/mo agencies)
Assumptions
Assumption: base 2-3 clients averaging A$6.5k/mo combined = A$78k; minus data/tool credits A$20k, ads A$6k.
Competitors
Clay partner agencies, RevOps freelancers, in-house GTM engineers

5.77 27. Shopify migrations & builds (Neto/Maropost first) EV A$39k

Bot-run product, customer, order and URL-redirect migration to Shopify, with a theme set-up, for small AU retailers.

Customer
AU retailers on Neto/Maropost or WooCommerce with fewer than 2,000 SKUs.
Price
One-off projects; A$2,990 fixed migration (vs US$2,500-A$6,497+)
Assumptions
Assumption: base 20 migrations x A$2,990 = A$59.8k; minus tools A$3k, ads A$8k, contract developer A$6k. Shopify partner revenue share not counted.
Competitors
Ruby Digital, Studio Slate, 23 Digital, Turnaround, freelancers, Shopify's own import tools
Biggest risk
Finite and shrinking pool (the number of Neto stores is not verified). Integrations (ERP, POS) blow up fixed prices. EV is just under A$40k even though the base case passes.

5.70 28. Conveyancing back-office support (AI-first) EV A$41k

Bots do the paperwork for small conveyancing practices under the licensed conveyancer's supervision.

Customer
Sole and small conveyancing practices in VIC/NSW.
Price
Recurring; A$150 per file (searches, contract checklist, document assembly, settlement prep)
Assumptions
Assumption: base 350 files x A$150 = A$52.5k; minus tools/insurance A$6k, ads A$4k.
Competitors
Workflow Conveyancing, BMVA, Unison Outsourcing, offshore VAs
Biggest risk
Settlement fraud and cyber risk (access to trust-account workflows). Licensing means everything runs under the client's supervision, and errors cost real money. Labour heavy.

5.67 29. Planning report drafting (Statement of Environmental Effects) EV A$43.2k

Bots draft the SEE against the council's LEP/DCP controls from plans and site data; a contract planner reviews before delivery.

Customer
Homeowners, draftspeople and small builders lodging residential DAs (NSW first, then VIC planning reports).
Price
One-off projects; A$650 per residential SEE (vs A$500-A$2,500 + GST town planners)
Assumptions

Competitors
instantSEE, Planna, local town planners
Biggest risk
Productised competitors (instantSEE, Planna) already exist. A refused DA leads to refund demands. Council controls differ for every LGA, so automation is partial.

5.64 30. Fixed-fee SME hiring service (AI-screened shortlist) EV A$42.8k

Flat-fee alternative to 15-25% agency fees: bots write ads, screen applicants against criteria and deliver a ranked shortlist.

Customer
AU small businesses hiring 1-5 roles a year (admin, trades assistants, hospitality, sales).
Price
One-off projects; A$1,490 per role (ad, multi-board posting, screening, shortlist of 5, interview kit)
Assumptions
Assumption: base 45 roles x A$1,490 = A$67k; minus job-board ad costs ~A$300/role A$13.5k (assumption), ads A$8k.
Competitors
Recruit Shop, The Recruitment Alternative, Wurth HR, Employment Hero/SEEK self-serve
Biggest risk
Automated screening can breach anti-discrimination law if criteria are biased. Clients blame the shortlist for bad hires, and it depends on SEEK costs and reach.

5.64 31. Bookkeeping catch-up & Xero clean-up (non-BAS) EV A$41.8k

Bots reconcile, code and match receipts for sole traders who are months behind; a registered BAS agent partner handles anything that is a BAS service.

Customer
Sole traders and micro-businesses behind on Xero/MYOB before tax time.
Price
One-off projects; A$249 per month of backlog (typical job A$1,200)

Competitors
Local bookkeepers, Advancr, Digit, Stream Accounting, offshore bookkeeping firms

Method: what we measure and why

Score = Σ(metric × weight) / 100, every metric 0-10 where 10 = best for Fonty. Gate: killed if base-case profit < A$40k/yr, or if there is a hard blocker (licence Fonty can't hold, capital > A$20k, platform policy ban). Profit EV = bear×p + base×p + bull×p. The three probabilities sum to 100% and the bear case is the most likely for every idea. Ties: higher EV wins.

Profit EV20%

Probability-weighted yearly profit (EV), log-like scale: A$0=0, 20k=3, 40k=5, 60k=6.5, 80k=7.5, 120k=9, 160k+=10; -1 if bear case is a loss. Fonty's goal is profit; the A$40k base gate sets the floor, and EV rewards upside weighted by how likely it is.

Demand evidence12%

Proof people already pay: paying competitors with public prices, official counts of buyers, a legal mandate. Not search volume (no paid SEO tool was used). Hale (YC): good problems are popular, urgent, expensive or mandatory. Paying competitors with public prices are the cheapest proof of demand.

CAC & payback12%

How cheaply a solo founder can reach buyers inside the Spam Act: SEO, marketplaces, referrals, published work emails. 10 = payback in under 3 months. Skok: CAC payback under 12 months (SMB 3-5 months, Navidar). In Australia the Spam Act blocks bulk cold email, so reaching buyers is the binding constraint for a solo founder.

Bot automation10%

Share of delivery, support and marketing the fleet can do without Fonty. 10 = fully hands-off. The bot fleet is the operating model. Every hour that is not automated is Fonty's hour and caps capacity.

Willingness to pay8%

Price point / average revenue per customer actually charged by competitors. Higher ARPA = fewer customers needed. MicroConf 2024: products with A$1,000+/mo entry plans added about 3x more new MRR than A$1-9 plans. Higher ARPA means fewer customers to win.

Recurring revenue8%

10 = monthly subscription with natural lock-in; 3 = one-off project with some repeat. Walling's stair step ends in recurring revenue; LTV compounds and smooths cash flow.

Time to first dollar6%

10 = could invoice within 2 weeks; 3 = 6+ months (SEO ranking, data build, procurement). Walling step 1: simple product, one channel, fast cash. Long ramps burn motivation and budget.

Gross margin6%

After API/GPU, contractors and expert reviews. 9 = software-like (>85%). Updata: gross-margin payback drives everything; services with contractors keep less of each dollar.

Defensibility6%

Switching costs, data assets, ranking assets (Helmer's 7 Powers). Low = anyone with ChatGPT can copy it. Helmer's 7 Powers: without switching costs or a data/ranking asset, AI makes copying cheap.

Regulatory / legal risk5%

10 = negligible. Low = licence lines, liability if wrong, consumer law exposure. AU licence lines (TPB, OMARA, ASQA, NDIS Commission) and liability can sink a solo business.

Platform dependency3%

10 = no single platform can switch it off. 2 = one Google update can kill it. HouseFresh lost 91% of Google traffic. Single-platform businesses carry tail risk.

Founder fit4%

Solo, Melbourne-based, low capital, AI-bot fleet, ComfyUI/Chrome/Python on the box. Hale: founder advantage. Melbourne, solo, low capital, bots + ComfyUI on a Linux box.

Changes from v1: six scores became twelve. Added CAC/payback, willingness to pay, recurring revenue, defensibility, platform risk and founder fit. Competition is folded into demand evidence (paying rivals prove demand) and moat. Profit is a gate plus a 20% weight instead of a bolt-on. Search volume was not measured (no paid SEO tool).

Honest caveats

  • Every volume (clients, jobs, subscribers) is an assumption; none is backed by Fonty's own sales data yet. Treat bases as 'if it works' outcomes.
  • Bear is the most likely outcome for every survivor (40-50%). EVs (A$39k-A$66k) only beat A$40k because of the bull tails.
  • Profit excludes Fonty's own hours. Service ideas (Tender writing 15 h/wk, AI automation 15 h/wk, LinkedIn 12 h/wk, Bookkeeping 12 h/wk, Conveyancing 12 h/wk) are partly jobs, not bot businesses.
  • Weakest numbers: Car-dealer photos (no AU price benchmark), Modern Slavery (number of reporting entities not verified), Shopify migrations (Neto store count unknown; EV A$39k), GTM service (2-3 clients carry all profit), Condition reports (competitor AI features not checked), RTO resources (price floor A$20/unit).
  • Search volume was not measured (no paid SEO tool). Demand scores rest on paying competitors and official counts.
  • Scores are judgement calls on a stated scale; ranks 1-14 sit within 0.4 points of #1, so treat that band as roughly tied and choose within it on fit and EV.
  • WordPress care (#3) and Google Ads (#4) sell to the same local-business buyers as Streetfront. They are best read as cross-sells or channels for one local-business engine, not three separate companies.
  • Streetfront variants (#1T, #4T, #7F, added 18 Oct 2026) reuse Streetfront's own client-count assumptions, so their risk is correlated with Streetfront: if Streetfront wins no clients they earn nothing. Their attach rates, costs and the #4T price (A$750 for Google + Facebook + Instagram) are assumptions, not sourced. #7F adds the parts together on one shared client pool, so its bull case is optimistic, and it must not be added to #7, #1T or #4T.
  • Streetfront Bookings price conflict: the brief says A$29/mo, MASTER.md says A$49/mo (decided 15 Oct 2026). It does not change Streetfront's rank.
